Do you deliver the parcels?

No. You keep your own riders or courier. Endeo confirms the order, verifies the handoff and tracks the payment.

Do my customers need to download anything?

No. They receive an SMS with a tracking link and their one-time code.

My buyers don't have a street address. Does that work?

Yes. Buyers share their exact location with a pin, and the code only works near that spot.

Do you touch my money?

No. Payments go from the buyer to you or your courier. Endeo shows you which orders have been paid.

Where do you work?

Nairobi first. If you sell elsewhere, join the waitlist and we'll tell you when we reach you.

What does the pilot involve?

We set you up, run your deliveries through Endeo for a few weeks, and measure the results with you.
